Working collaboratively on your healing journey...
I provide psychotherapy to individuals ranging from adolescence to late adulthood and offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy services.
With warmth and authenticity, I strive to create a compassionate and safe therapeutic environment, where you can feel comfortable exploring themes in your life, as we work on finding solutions to the concerns bringing you to therapy.
My therapy approach is integrative, meaning I utilize various techniques and tailor the approach based on your personal therapeutic needs and circumstances. Offering practical, experiential, and evidence-based interventions, I aim to provide attuned and meaningful care that is sensitive to your individualized needs.
While personal growth and the processing of issues can be challenging work, I have found that with the use of creative methods and action-oriented therapy, we can co-create a unique and enjoyable therapy experience to reach your goals.
Feel free to contact me, to discuss how I can be of help and to answer any questions you may have about the process.
I know reaching out for support can feel intimidating or anxiety-provoking, but I commend you for taking this step.
I look forward to speaking with you and hearing more about what is going on. I would be honored to assist you in navigating life's obstacles and improve your quality of life.

Fees, Payment, and Insurance Information:
Listed below are fees for the most common services Dr. Padron provides. Please contact the office for rates of additional services. Payments are due on the day of your appointment. All major credit cards and cash are accepted as forms of payment.
Dr. Padron does not participate in any insurance plans. This means that she is not an in-network provider with insurance panels and cannot accept your insurance for payment.
If you would like to use out-of-network benefits, she can provide you with a monthly "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance provider, for potential reimbursement.
However, this is not a guarantee that your insurance will reimburse you for your treatment. Every insurance policy is written differently, so it is important that you speak to your insurance provider to get more information regarding your out-of-network mental health coverage, prior to your first session.
For more information, please contact the office at (305) 204-8818 and we will gladly answer any questions you may have.
